Halloween night is usually spent hustling and bustling.  With the holiday on a Friday this year, it's the start of the weekend and all the activities that come with Fall and October.  Whether you're partaking in trick-or-treating, checking out a local football game, or hosting a shin-dig, here are some fun food ideas to celebrate the 31st.
